For the final concert of the year, David Law is joined by Rachel Howley to conduct a series of exciting works with the Queensland Wind Orchestra, including Jodie Blackshaw's Into the Sun, Kazuki Shimoda's Loftiness (Australian Premiere), Viet Cuong's Deciduous, Samuel Dickenson's third movement of Ender Symphony (III: Human), Catherine Likhuta's Storm Chasers concerto for timpani and wind ensemble, featuring Patrick Hassard on Timpani, and more.
